If you do not provide us with the data, it is impossible for us to provide the service. The data will be kept while the commercial relationship is maintained or during the years necessary to comply with the legal obligations. For cancellations or changes of name shall be contacted by email to the Technical Secretariat: Reunions i Ciencia (info@gruporic.com)
- Up to 90 days before the event the total payment will be refunded except for 60 euros charged as administration fee- Between 89 to 30 days before of the event the refunded will be 50% of the total contribution- From 29 days on, cancellations will not be entitled to a refund, but name changes will be accepted up to 15 days before the event. Name changes will be charged a fee of € 20 per registration
All refunds will be made after the congress. Bank charges may be deducted
